Just north of downtown across the tracks from the Ginocchio Restaurant sits the Texas & Pacific Depot, constructed in 1912. Today, the depot serves as an active Amtrak station that receives cross-country passenger trains daily and houses a railroad museum and gift shop. Come and experience the exhibits and interactive displays which are a delight for adults and children alike. Tues-Sat: 10 am – 4 pm
The Harrison County Museum is housed inside the historic 1901 Courthouse. The museum features the history of Harrison county and Marshall as it’s county seat. Hours are Tuesday-Friday 11-3 pm, Saturdays 11-2 pm. Admission cost $7 for adults, $6 for seniors, Children under 18 are free.
